Strength & physique coaching · Online & in-person
Strong.
Lean. Healthy.
Refuse to pick just one.
“I work hard, I'm smart about most things — why can't I figure THIS out?” Because nobody ever built you a plan that fits an adult calendar.Every program here is written by hand the night before. No template library, no copy-paste blocks.
The honest diagnosis
You are not undisciplined.
You are under-programmed.
You run a business, or a team, or a household — often all three. You solve harder problems than this before lunch. The gym is the one place nobody ever handed you a real system.
- 01
Up early, packed calendar, training squeezed between meetings and pickup.
- 02
Programs written for people whose weeks never break. Yours breaks.
- 03
Cardio one month, lifting the next, never long enough to compound.
- 04
Nutrition advice from six directions, none of it in numbers you can hit.
- 05
By 8pm the couch wins, and tomorrow starts one step further back.
The method
One plan. Hybrid by design.
The one benefit: a simple, repeatable plan that finally works for a real adult life. Strength, conditioning and nutrition run as a single system so nothing you do cancels out anything else.
Written the night before
Your week, on paper, in your handwriting-sized detail.
Sunday night I sit down with your week — travel, deadlines, the kid who has a game Thursday — and write the block by hand. Sets, loads, the reason each lift is there, and a stripped minimum version for the day everything goes sideways.Minimum-dose sessions are 22 minutes and still hit the week's primary lift. Missing perfectly beats missing entirely.

Strength first
Heavy, boring, repeated. The barbell decides the shape; the shape is a side effect of getting strong on purpose.
Numbers, not vibes
Protein floor, calorie band, step target, sleep window. Four numbers you can hit in an airport as easily as at home.
The programs
Three ways in.
The Foundation 8-week starter
Build the habit architecture and the first real strength base. For the person who needs the plan to be obvious.
The Build 3-month transformation
The full hybrid block. Strength progression, conditioning, and nutrition targets running together for a full quarter.
Inner Circle 1:1 coaching
Ongoing hands-on coaching with weekly hand-written programming and direct access between sessions.
What clients work toward
Goals of the program, stated plainly.
No invented quotes, no stock transformations. These are the three outcomes the work is built to produce.
Training you look forward to

03Case study · the one that set the standard
A client had failed every program for a decade. They stayed with mine for a year — and rebuilt their life around it.
Nothing exotic happened. The first eight weeks were four sessions a week and a protein number. Then the block got heavier, the conditioning got shorter and harder, and the food got more precise as their patience grew.
What actually changed was the definition of a good week. Not a perfect one — a repeatable one. That is the whole method, and it is the reason I write programs by hand instead of shipping templates.
Told as my own story, with no client named and no numbers invented.
How working together actually goes
Four honest steps.
STEP 01
A real conversation first
Call or email. We talk about your week, your history, and what you have already tried. If I am not the right coach for you, I say so.
STEP 02
Movement and baseline check
In person or by video. Current strength, what hurts, what your schedule can genuinely absorb.
STEP 03
Your first block, hand-written
Written the night before it starts, with a minimum-dose version of every session and four nutrition numbers.
STEP 04
Weekly revision, not quarterly
The plan gets rewritten when your life changes — travel weeks, sick weeks, big weeks. Progress is reviewed against the last block, never against a stranger.
Who this is for
A driven adult between 28 and 50 who is sick of guessing, ready to commit, and unwilling to hand over their whole life to do it. If that is you, the coaching is built around you — not around me.
What I refuse to do: sell quick fixes, fake before-and-afters, or shame anyone into buying. Direct, warm, and honest is the entire sales process.
Objections, answered
The four questions everyone asks.
I barely have time as it is. How much does this actually take?+
Three to four sessions a week, 45 to 60 minutes each. The program is built around the calendar you already have, not the one you wish you had. If a week collapses, there is a written minimum-dose version of every session.
I have started and quit programs before. Why would this be different?+
Most programs fail because they were written for a person with no job, no kids and no travel. Yours is written by hand, weekly, around your actual week — and it gets revised when your life changes instead of when the twelve-week block ends.
Do I have to choose between looking good and performing well?+
No. That trade-off is a marketing invention. Strength work drives the shape, conditioning keeps the engine, and nutrition targets do the visible part. They are one plan, not three competing ones.
Is this in person or online?+
Both. In-person sessions for people who want hands-on coaching, and fully written remote coaching for people who train on their own schedule. The programming standard is identical.
Roster opens in small numbers
Show up. Do the reps.
Trust the process.
I take a limited number of clients because every program is written by hand. If the next block has your name on it, start with a conversation — no pitch, no pressure.
