Programs

Three ways in. One standard underneath all of them.

Strength, conditioning and nutrition as a single system — hand-written weekly, online or in person, for adults with genuinely full calendars.

01

The Foundation

8-week starter · online or in-person

Built for

The adult who has restarted five times and wants the plan to be obvious.

The Foundation exists for one reason: most people do not need a more advanced program, they need a first block that actually gets finished. Eight weeks, four sessions a week, four primary lifts, and four nutrition numbers. Everything in it is chosen because it can survive a normal adult week rather than because it looks impressive written down.

Weeks one through three are calendar work as much as training work. We find the four slots in your week that repeat, we test whether they hold, and we rewrite them if they do not. You will train squat, hinge, press and pull patterns with prescribed loads rather than vague instructions, plus two accessories per session picked around your history and whatever your joints currently have opinions about. Conditioning is eight to twelve minutes at the end of two sessions — short enough that it never eats into your lifting.

Weeks four through eight are where load starts climbing on a written progression: roughly five pounds on lower-body primaries and two and a half on upper-body primaries whenever you hit the top of the rep range cleanly. If a lift stalls twice, we cut ten percent and climb again. Boring, on purpose. Excitement in programming usually means the coach is improvising.

Underneath the training sit the four numbers: a protein floor, a calorie band rather than a single target, a daily step goal, and a fixed wake time. Numbers travel; meal plans do not survive a client dinner in another city. You will also get the Tier B and Tier C versions of every week in advance, so the week your launch lands or your kid gets sick has a written plan instead of a guilt spiral.

By week eight most people have three things: measurable strength on all four primaries, clothes that fit differently, and — most importantly — proof that they can hold a plan for two months. That last one is the actual deliverable. Everything after it is easier.

The Build

3-month transformation · online or in-person

Built for

Someone with a base who wants a full quarter of visible, compounding change.

The Build is the flagship hybrid block and the clearest expression of the position this whole practice is built on: looking good and performing well are not opposites. Twelve weeks, run as three four-week waves, with strength, conditioning and nutrition moving as one system instead of three programs competing for the same recovery.

Wave one establishes working loads and rebuilds capacity. Wave two is the heaviest stretch of the block, where the primary lifts do most of the work and conditioning is pulled back slightly to protect recovery. Wave three sharpens: conditioning density increases, accessory volume targets the specific shape you told me you wanted, and the calorie band adjusts fifteen to twenty percent either side of maintenance depending on which direction we agreed on in week one.

Every week is hand-written the night before it starts. Not the week before, not once a quarter. That means the block responds to a red-eye flight, a cranky shoulder, or the third week of a launch — none of which a template can see. You get the session, the reason each lift is on the page, and a stripped 22-minute minimum-dose version underneath it.

Progress is reviewed against your own previous block, never against a stranger on the internet. We track four things: primary lift loads, bodyweight trend over rolling weeks rather than daily, waist and one other tape measurement, and how you actually feel at 8pm. That last one is not soft — energy at the end of the day is the single most common reason people tell me the work was worth it.

Twelve weeks is also the honest window. Visible change takes eight to twelve weeks. Anyone selling faster than that is selling water weight or lighting, and I will not do it. What you get instead is a quarter of compounding work and a system you could keep running on your own if you ever wanted to.

Inner Circle

1:1 coaching · ongoing

Built for

The person who wants a coach in their corner indefinitely, not a program to buy.

Inner Circle is ongoing one-to-one coaching for people who have decided this is permanent. There is no end date, no re-purchase moment, and no artificial finish line designed to sell you the next thing. The roster is deliberately small because every program in it is still written by hand.

The training is fully individual. Your block is built around your competition, your sport, your travel schedule, your history of injuries, and the specific things you want to be able to do at fifty that you could do at twenty-five. Some Inner Circle clients are chasing a number on a bar. Some are chasing a body composition. Most are chasing both, which is exactly what a hybrid approach is for.

You get direct access between sessions. A photo of a set for a technique read, a question about a hotel gym with two dumbbells and a bench, a text on a Sunday that a work trip just landed on Wednesday and the week needs to be rewritten. That responsiveness is the difference between a plan that survives your life and a plan that gets abandoned quietly.

Nutrition support runs continuously rather than in phases: the four numbers get revised as your training age, weight and schedule change, and we plan around the specific events you care about instead of pretending holidays and vacations do not exist. Everything is framed as an adjustable band rather than a rule you can fail.

The Sunday review is where this program earns its keep. Ten minutes on which tier last week actually ran at, which sessions moved and why, and what the next seven days contain — then the block gets rewritten to match. Over a year that becomes roughly thirty-five full weeks, a dozen compressed ones, and a handful of survival weeks. That is not a perfect year. It is a real one, and it is more than enough to change how you look, what you can lift, and how you feel at the end of the day.

Not sure which

Tell me about your week and I will tell you honestly.

If none of the three is right for you, I will say so — including when the honest answer is that you do not need a coach yet.
