What this website collects
This site is a static website. It contains no contact forms, no account system, no newsletter signup, and no backend database. It does not set advertising cookies and does not sell or share any information with third parties. The nutrition calculator runs entirely in your browser: the numbers you type are never transmitted anywhere and are lost as soon as you close the page.
Information you send directly
If you call (267) 237-3231 or email toreymill@gmail.com, you are sharing information directly with Torey Mill. That typically includes your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell me about your training history, schedule and goals. It is used for one purpose: to decide whether coaching is a fit and, if you become a client, to write your programming.
Client information
Coaching clients share more detailed information, which may include health history, injuries, bodyweight, measurements and training logs. This is treated as confidential. It is never published, never used in marketing, and never shared with another person or company without your explicit written permission. Programs, notes and logs are kept for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return, then deleted on request.
Hosting and technical logs
This website is served by a third-party hosting provider which may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and requested page for security and reliability purposes. Those logs are held by the host under their own policies and are not used by Torey Mill for profiling or advertising.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email toreymill@gmail.com and it will be handled promptly. You can also simply stop contacting me, and no further information will be collected.
Children
Coaching services are intended for adults. This website is not directed at children and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Questions about any of it can go to toreymill@gmail.com.
