No fake transformations. Just what the work is built to produce.

You will not find invented quotes, star ratings or stock-photo abs on this page. What you will find is the measurement system, the outcomes the program targets, and the one story I can tell honestly — my own.

Results clients work toward

Three outcomes, stated as program goals.

These are the targets the coaching is designed around — not claims about any individual's results.

Visibly leaner and stronger

01
Body composition moving in one direction while the loads on the bar climb — without deleting the rest of your life to get there. Measured by primary lift progression and a rolling bodyweight trend rather than a daily number.

Training you look forward to

02
Sessions with an obvious point. You know what you are doing tonight and why it is on the page. Measured by the honest one: how many weeks in a row you ran at Tier A or Tier B.

Energy left at the end of the day

03
Training that pays you back at 8pm instead of taxing you. Recovery is programmed — sleep window, step target, conditioning ceiling — not left to willpower.

How progress is tracked

Four measures, reviewed against your own last block.

  1. 01

    Primary lift loads

Squat pattern, hinge, press, pull. Written every session, compared week over week. The clearest, least emotional signal there is.

  2. 02

    Rolling bodyweight trend

A seven-day average, never a single morning. Daily weight is noise; the trend is the message.

  3. 03

    Two tape measurements

Waist plus one site relevant to your goal. Tape catches change the scale hides during recomposition.

  4. 04

    Energy at 8pm

Rated weekly. The most under-rated metric in fitness and the one clients mention first when the work is landing.

The story that set the standard

Someone who had failed every program for a decade stayed with mine for a year.

They arrived assuming they were the problem — apps, boot camps, a big-box trainer, a nutrition challenge with a scoreboard on the wall. None of it had been written for them. All of it had been handed to them.

The training itself was unremarkable. Four sessions a week. Four primary lifts. A protein floor and a step target. What changed was that every week was written for the week ahead, and every bad week had a plan before it arrived.

By the end of the year their whole life had reorganized around it, in the ordinary way people reorganize around something that finally works. That is the reason I still write programs by hand instead of shipping templates — and it is the only client narrative on this site, told from my side, with no name, no numbers and no photograph invented to decorate it.
